Quite often vacant land with derelict buildings and structures sit dormant for periods of time whilst awaiting redevelopment and can be very inviting to groups such as the traveller community as they see these as great places to trespass, set up camp and sometimes an opportunity to strip wiring, piping and contents for financial gain.

Trespassers are legally allowed to claim “squatters rights” and display a Lapso Notice on vacant land where there is a building / roofed structure and would normally have to go down the route of a court order to remove them.

  • Segregation of materials on site

Our aim is to recycle +95% of materials with the remainder going to licensed landfill sites.

The hardcore materials such as bricks concrete rubble etc. following demolition can then be used as bund to secure the site and keep unwanted guests away which previous clients have found beneficial saving costs of ongoing concrete block hire etc.
