TVCB’s (Temporary Vertical Concrete Barrier’s)
Our biggest and most popular barrier. The design of the TVCB cleverly allows the barriers to form an interlocking system, these can be bolted together (where ground conditions allow) giving continuous protection.
The TVCB is manufactured to an established design, as used by Local Authorities, Traffic Management companies and commonly seen on highway use.
Vacant properties are an easy target for unauthorised access such as Traveller incursions, squatters and fly-tippers. This product has been designed to protect sites not only in terms of access to the land itself but also access to the unit entrances too.

Lego BLocks
Also very popular, the Legato™ (also known as Lego) concrete blocks are high strength interlocking concrete blocks that can be used to manage vehicle and pedestrian access at your premises as well as being ideal for building custom storage bays, partition walls, security barriers and much more.
The interlocking Lego block has proved popular with site security etc. due to its ability and design, allowing various arrangements of interlocking and stacking safely to give many options including flood defence walls, storage bays, counterweights and many more...
Example: 3 blocks will provide 7200kg of protection with the stacked barrier giving 1.6m high of defence.

Temporary Gate Systems
Our galvanised A-Frame Gate Systems have a 3 metre clear opening on our fixed gates and can extend up to 4.5 metres with the extendable versions. The gates are designed to be locked shut with a padlock protected by a box section padlock shroud to prevent the lock from access with bolt cutters etc.
This Gate system is our most popular access gate, favoured for its straightforward installation and compatibility with the TVCB’s or / and Lego concrete blocks.
Suitable for a range of application such as restricting site access or protecting vacant property the A-Frame gate is simple yet effective.

Heavy Duty Gate System
The heavy duty gate system is a robust galvanised (finished in Yellow) gate with an opening of 4 metres which is ideal to protect your site / land. The gate is best fixed in place with Lego blocks and works well with TVCB’s as a combination
This gate is favoured for the fixed wider openings and better suited for industrial sites.

Height Restrictor and A-Frame Gate System
A new addition to the non-permanent barrier family, the galvanised height restrictor and A-frame gate combination is fixed in place with Lego concrete blocks.
The opening is 3 metres in width and both gates open independently meaning the only the gate needs to be opened for lower vehicles. The latch back post is held in place with a smaller Lego block allowing the height restrictor to be locked in a safe position when open allowing larger vehicles to pass through safely.
Both gates are designed to be locked shut with a padlock protected by a box section padlock shroud to prevent the lock from access with bolt cutters etc.
This combination system works well as a standalone system as well as part of a concrete barrier system using either Lego blocks or TVCB’s.

Sign Post / and Signage
A great accessary in the range is the heavy duty post that bolts to the top of the TVCB’s which allows signage to be mounted to.
The post is 90mm in diameter x 1500mm in height, so total height bolted to the top of a TVCB is 2300mm allowing plenty of height for a stock or custom sign to be fixed in place.
This is a great option when clients want to display clear messages to the public eye, one of the favourites can be seen in the pic to the right in regards to this particular site that used to get regular fly-tipping.
